Where Does Lumont Ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states in the US. All products are available for shipping.

Do you have a contact phone number?

What are your hours of operation? Can I go and pick up products?

We are open from Monday through Friday from 10 am to 2 pm. We don't have a front store, but once you place an order through our website, you will receive an email from us to schedule your pick up.

What is the Pick Up Policy?

Once you place an order, you'll receive an email with a link to schedule your pick up. 

Note: If you can't come at the scheduled time, you'll need to reschedule your pick up appointment. If 10 days passes and you haven't come and pick up, we'll cancel your order.

Why are some products on pre-order?

We are working hard around the clock to bring the most amazing products to the market. Unfortunately, and because of Coronavirus and logistics, some shipments are being delayed. In the meantime, we would like to give the opportunity to pre-order products and once we receive them, we’ll ship them or send you an email to pick up.

Summer shipping update

During warm weather months, May - August, we'll only ship wax Monday through Wednesday. This limits time in transit so that your wax does not sit over the weekend in non-air conditioned facilities. This is a necessary step we are taking to maintain the quality of your wax. Please plan accordingly.
